Building refurbishment design

Sofia Design was engaged by RAW Commercial Projects to redesign the existing foyers and car park entry to create a consistent and sophisticated space as part of the building refurbishments for 301 Coronation Drive, Milton. The main design features for the foyers included a soft, light, and neutral colour palette, custom timber ceilings, and carefully selected light fixtures. Additionally, new custom signage was created to give a modern look. In the car park, a timber-look portal with LED lighting was installed to attract people, along with a bench seat, wall lights, and artificial greenery to establish a welcoming atmosphere.
